Q: What is The Walking Dead Supply Drop?

A: The Walking Dead Supply drop is a quarterly subscription service that delivers a box of The Walking Dead collectibles to your doorstep four times a year. When you sign up for a box, you are also signing up for an ongoing subscription plan.

Q: What's in the box?

A: It's a secret! And that's part of the fun. Every box includes an exclusive The Walking Dead t-shirt, printed in Los Angeles, CA USA. In addition to the shirt, the box will include other collectibles sure to thrill any fan of The Walking Dead.

Q: Does the Supply Drop include only Walker merchandise?

A: No, while the first box features Walker artwork, each box includes collectibles featuring a variety of characters from The Walking Dead, not just Walkers.

Q: Is every box for each quarter identical?

A: The contents of every box for each quarter are similar, but not identical. For example, one quarterly box might include a figure from The Walking Dead among other items. The specific character's figure included in each box may vary. We're unable to specify which figure you will receive, and the surprise is part of the fun of a subscription service! As for the shirt, everyone's shirt will be the same. There is one exception to this rule. Some shirt colors, materials, and treatments aren't available in 4XL and 5XL sizes. In this case, the 4XL and 5XL shirts will have the same overall design, but the shirt fabric itself might be a different color or be made of a slightly different material, or have a different treatment.

Q: When will I receive my Supply Drop?

A: The Supply Drops are delivered four times a year -- in March, June, September and December.

Q: How much is it?

A: The Walking Dead Supply Drop is $49.95 plus shipping and any applicable taxes, billed automatically four times a year based on the date you signed up for the subscription service.

Q: When will I be charged?

A: You will be charged $49.95 plus shipping and any applicable taxes on the first day you sign up for the subscription, then you will be billed automatically four times a year. After your first payment, regularly scheduled subscription charges will take place every three months.

For example, if you signed up on November 7, 2017, your first charge would be processed at the time of checkout on November 7, 2017. Then you would  be on the regular payment schedule every three months thereafter. Your second charge would occur on February 7, 2018 (which is three months after November 7th) for the March box. Your third charge would occur May 7, 2018, and so on.

The inaugural box is entirely sold out, and will be shipped to subscribers the week of 12/11/17. New member subscribing now will receive their first box in March, 2018.

Q: How can I pay for my Supply Drop?

A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. We're sorry, but we can't accept checks or money orders.

Q: What currency will I be charged in?

A: All orders on TWDSupplyDrop.com are processed in U.S. dollars.

Q: How do I update my payment information?

A: In order to change your Credit Card information for future boxes; log into your account, click Manage Subscriptions > Billing Information and then click Edit next to Card on file.

Q: How secure is my order?

A: We use the latest SSL encryption methods ensuring that your credit card information is transmitted to us in a safe and secure manner.

Q: Do I need to come back to the site to order my next Supply Drop?

A: Nope! This is a recurring subscription service. When you sign up, you're charged for your first box. Then, every three months, you're charged again automatically for the next box.

Q: Can I return my Supply Drop?

A: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. While you can cancel your future automated billing, Supply Drops that have been delivered or once a payment has been successfully processed cannot be returned, refunded, or canceled. As a mystery-style subscription service, we can't offer returns, refunds, exchanges, or credits for payments already made, or boxes already delivered.

Any damages, missing items, or replacement requests must be requested within 15 days of receiving your shipment. If you receive damaged merchandise, please immediately take a picture and contact us as soon as possible to arrange an exchange. Each case will be reviewed individually by an agent, and a replacement for damaged products will be issued, if applicable. Packaging of products and shipping boxes will not be considered part of a damaged item.

Due to inventory changes and limited availability, we cannot guarantee the replacement of any specific item. If a replacement is offered, it will be the same item or an item of equal value.

We do not offer replacements for items that have been used, washed, worn, or tampered with.

Q: What if my shipping box is damaged?

A: Shipping boxes are designed to protect the products inside, and are not made as collectibles or for display. We expect shipping boxes to endure some wear and tear during the shipping process, that is what they are created for. Replacements for damaged shipping boxes are not available.

Q: How do I change my shirt size?

A: You can change the shirt size for future subscription boxes that are in your Supply Drop by going to: My Account >Manage Subscriptions, then select Edit on the subscription you'd like to update your shirt size on.

This is only applicable to future boxes that are not currently being processed. We are unable to change the size of shirts once a box has been paid for or shipped.

Q: Can I cancel my subscription?

A: Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, you will no longer be billed automatically in the future. Of course, any boxes you have already paid for or are in process will still be delivered to you.

Q: Where do you ship the Supply Drop?

A: The Supply Drop currently ships to the USA only. Please note that we can't deliver to PO Boxes.

Q: What shipping carrier will deliver my order?

A: We use several shipping providers; USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. Orders will ship ground.

We cannot determine at the time of your purchase what carrier will be used, so we strongly recommend you use a shipping address that can receive both USPS and UPS/FedEx deliveries.
